Back pain due to slip disc and constant stress

I joined Dahn Yoga about 3 months back. It was my 3rd occurance of slip disc pain which had me in bed for a week. I decided to take my health more seriously and start taking care of myself. When I joined the class I could not bend, could not lift a gallon of milk or more than 5lbs, my feet would be swollen all the time and basically I had no strength or energy. After 2 weeks of continous yoga class I feel so much relief. I am pain free, have more energy and feel much more happy. I am on the road to self transformation, to be stress free, to take care of myself, love myself and enjoy life. Its about time I think of myself first. The road is long and my journey has started. Chronic pain gone and losing weight

Remarkable Improvement

I have multiple back problems, arthritis, post-concussion syndrome axis level I, and chronic PTSD, just to name a few things. When I first started I couldn't even bend over and could hardly do any of the movements or exercises...now 10 months later I have improved remarkably. I can put my fingertips on the floor and can do just about all the movements. My energy ball is alive and flowing so beautifully. Tension Releasing
