Brain Wave Vibration consists of simple, rhythmically repeated movements. As your awareness sinks into the rhythm of your body’s movement, you will naturally bring your mind inwardly and release tension through deep and even breathing.Through gentle sweat, you will also restore your body to a desired temperature.
