Dahn Yoga founder Ilchi Lee created a method called 'Brain Operating System', or BOS, in order for anyone to consciously practice creating a better life. BOS has three empowering principles that can help you bring what you desire into reality.


1: “If you choose it, you can create it.” Choose what you desire with 100% determination. 2: “Good news makes a good brain.” Your brain works best with positive information.
3: “Pay attention!” Wake up and pay attention to the gifts of each and every moment.

At first glance, BOS seems overly simplistic. But contained within this simple formula is a very powerful creative tool. BOS gives you a clear method for organizing your mind for achieving the result you desire while also discarding old and unnecessary thought patterns. This clears out space in your mind for deeply concentrating on that which you wish to accomplish. For some people, yoga and meditation initiate a natural progression toward positive thinking and calmer reactions as the body holds less tension. The BOS principles can help you become more proactive and productive within that process.
