The Initial Awaking Workshop focuses on the health and strength of the core as the root and foundation for our physical health and emotional stability. Intensive training appropriate for beginners and seasoned members, you will learn how to apply Dahn Yoga principles to your everyday life for more energy, greater strength, better stress management, and clear focus. Training fee is $100, registration required.

Through guided meditation, participants will experience deep and true unconditional self-love, which can then be shared with those closest to them. This special healing workshop will feature guided meditations from Ilchi Lee's newly published book 'Bird of the Soul'. All levels welcome, training fee is $30.
