It is natural to feel more relaxed after a yoga class, even after taking your very first class. There are many reasons for this--the most important ones are deeper breathing and the release of tension from key parts of the body. These two benefits are found in every Dahn Yoga class. Our members often share that this relaxed feeling stays with them throughout the day, even until they go to bed. And they report that they can fall asleep easier and sleep more deeply through the night, waking refreshed and ready for the new day.
