Open Yoga & Meditation Class
Join our open yoga class--no experience necessary! We will take more time to experience each part of the class for deeper release and energy circulation. Body & Brain Yoga classes combine stretching, breath work, joint opening and core strengthening for creating balance in the body and mind.
Our training is rooted the ancient East Asian tradition of internal energy development and circulation. This ancient self-healing method places special attention on internal organ health--our training is esp effective in reversing the affects of stress and auto immune and digestive disorders.
