    •   We are closed on Fridays, every 1st day of the month, and all major U.S. holidays.

    •   Please call or email us.
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time, wearing comfortable clothes with socks. The consultation will be on these 3 major topics: 1. Checking where you are physically and emotionally and your stress levels. We will check things such as: flexibility, balance, mind/body coordination, strength, breathing condition etc. 2. Discussing where you want to be, 3. How we can help you and our recommendations. We'll go over some options together to see what works best for you and begin your journey to becoming your best self.
