My blood pressure went down!

I have been taking medication for high blood pressure for over 15 years. I saw my doctor recently and she said that since my blood pressure is staying so low, and my resting heart rate is about 60, I can cut my blood pressure pills in half! I have been practicing Dahn yoga for almost a year. Through my daily training and practice, I now feel better than I have in years. After taking Brain Management Training (BMT), I have so much more control over my emotions and the things that used to stress me. I now manage my brain and my health better! If my blood pressure stays in the normal range for another 6 month, I could get off my medication completely. Thanks Dahn Yoga!
