Loose Joints and Stress Relief

I have been a participant of Dahn Yoga for four months. During this time my joints have loosened up. I am able to move my body with greater ease. Learning to breathe properly helped to relieve the stress which had been accumulating within my body. Balancing on one foot became easier the more we practiced in class. As a result I achieved greater stability in every day activities.
The progress I have made is in no small part due to the Head Instructor, Rose's caring and devotion to seeing that all her students work up to their individual capacity. Rose does this in a non threatening environment where all are welcome regardless of their level of skill.
