Managing Negative Thinking

I have been taking classes at the Westfield Body&Brain (d/b/a Harmony Meditation) Center for 3 months, and I am very grateful to the classes for giving me energy to conquer my negative thinking. I had been used to thinking negatively, and it botherd me all the time and made me very unhappy. After taking classes for 3 months now, I am able to control the negative thoughts. In the first two months, I came to the classes just for relaxing. I love music and I just slept on my negative thoughts during the classes.  Harmony, the Head Instructor had to call my attention to the classes several times. Gradually I began to listen to what the Instructor said. From my experience, I understand the more effort I put into the practice, the more return I will gain.
