Although I have traveled around the country many times and have tried many kinds of yoga, tai chi, and chi gong, I am pleasantly surprised to find the most in depth yoga and tai chi classes right under my nose. Being local to the Cranford and Westfield NJ area it's been hard to find the right chemistry with a local yoga or tai chi class. What really sets Harmony Meditation Center in Westfield NJ apart from the rest is the head instructor, Harmony. I'm usually just passing through the Westfield area and stopped by to try a yoga class. Being the yoga snob that I am, I found it completely unique and refreshing. It was totally different from any other yoga class I have taken not only in the Westfield NJ Cranford NJ area, but overall and over many years of experience. I love all styles of yoga, tai chi, and meditation but Harmony Meditation Center in Westfield NJ takes it to another level. I like to be challenged physically but was surprised how much I enjoyed the simplicity of the yoga and tai chi class. It's great for newbie yoga and tai chi practitioners and for experienced yoga and tai chi practioners it can be a real eye opener. Harmony Meditation Center is a diamond in the rough.
