Sean Kim
Master Sean is the Florida Body & Brain Regional Director and Head Master. He has been practicing and teaching Eastern Healing Arts including Yoga, Tai Chi and QiGong for over 20 years. He has a degree as a Chiropractic Medicine in Korea and his passion lies in helping people activate their natural healing power, connect with your their true nature and achieve health, happiness and peace.
Dariana Trana
Dariana is the Assistant Manager at Body & Brain Miami.
She has healed herself through the Body and Brain practice and has been able unlock an innate healing power within! As such, she is now passionate about helping EVERYONE recover their natural state of great Health, Happiness and Peace! <3
Bea Maldonado
Bea is a certified Yoga teacher with experience in different Yoga styles and healing modalities for over ten years. From the moment she walked into our Body & Brain center she fell in love with the practice and has become a master-level teacher since. Her passion lies in bringing Yoga to the community and she runs outreach programs for different local organizations and businesses including Westcare Foundation, Coral Gables Adult Activity Center, Equilibrium Therapeutic Center, among others. Bea is also a mother of two, an engineering graduate, and a student of Clinical Yoga Therapy at AUM Home Shala. In her spare time she loves dancing, reading, traveling, being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.

Our method is a brain-based approach to comprehensive wellness. Overall health starts with a healthy brain, since it regulates all bodily functions, emotions, and thoughts. We utilize our own 5-step approach to activate the brain through a deep mind-body connection. Your brain is the key!

Body & Brain Yoga (All levels) ( BBY )

Body & Brain Yoga's regular classes are great for all levels and ages! Each class has effective and dynamic components of stretching, breathing, and meditation to destress, strengthen, and relax the mind and body. You will definitely feel refreshed and energized even after just one fun session guided by our seasoned instructors!


Core Strengthening ( COR )

Core Strengthening class emphasizes our inner abdominal muscles related to supporting the flexibility and strength of our organs, hips, the breathing diaphragm, and back. In this class, we combine Belly Button Healing, Intestinal (Abdominal) Exercises with Meridian Stretches and Core Energy Breathing postures to increase circulation to help strengthen our immune system and improve our gut health. This class includes deep stretching, core breathing, relaxation and meditation for chakra health and balance.

Energy Movement ( VIB )

With rhythmic energy movement this class creates vibrations in the body to rebalance the energy of the brain. This class will include, Dahn Mu (moving energy meditation), tapping, vibration, dancing, breathing, and meditation. Through rhythm and sound you will release stress and body tension and bring your brain into a calm and meditative state. Relaxes your body and mind and helps you to recover your center and get grounded. 

Tai Chi and Ki gong ( TNK )

Tai Chi & Ki Gong combine slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises to help your circulation, balance, and alignment while restoring energy. This is a very low-impact exercise with amazing benefits.
