with Brain Wave Vibration

Each of us has the desire to feel better and we long for the vitality and energy that would help us live life to its fullest. However, it can be a frustrating truth that some of the choices we make toward that end can actually prevent us from ever attaining that ideal. For example, we know all too well the undesired results that develop when we try to use eating to move toward greater feelings of satisfaction.

Yet on some innate level, we recognize that what we seek is not just weight control but a balance of healthy, harmonious energy arising from our very core. As we acknowledge the truth in this statement, we more easily realize that this type of deep satisfaction is not created through external stimuli such as the food we consume. In fact, as we begin to restore our innate healing power through natural means, we begin to automatically make choices that align with the ideal of health and healing within as we voluntarily avoid foods and habits that damage our body’s health.

Many years ago, Ilchi Lee developed Brain Wave Vibration as part of the practice that is now taught at Body and Brain centers worldwide. This technique can be utilized for aligning body and mind toward achieving your weight management and health goals.

Give it a try:

• Sit comfortably, legs crossed with your spine straight. Visualize a goal you would like to achieve for yourself and hold that image in your mind.
• Begin moving your upper body to loosen up your shoulders and spine, neck and head as you gradually discover your own body’s rhythm.
• With closed fists, begin tapping the area of the belly just below the navel (known as the Dahn Jon) to bring circulation into this area as you continue the free form, repetitive movements of Brain Wave Vibration.
• Keep your goal present in your mind focus and try to think of a single word or phrase to describe your desire, such as “healthy body.” Repeat this word over and over, like a mantra, as a way to focus and energize toward aligning with and achieving your goal.
• Do your best to keep tapping for 10 minutes. Slowly come to a stop. Relax and take a deep breath in and out.
• In the quiet space of the stillness spreading throughout your body, enjoy another deep breath in and out. Picture your goal clearly, as if you have already achieved it.

Brain Wave Vibration connects mind and body to give you unexpected clarity on your desires and goals and will help you develop creative thinking and problem solving for your life in general.
