We Offer Small Group Classes that address many of the stress related symptoms we encounter with our lifestyle habits. We focus on healing yoga, tai-chi, digestive health, circulation, detox, deep relaxation and body alignment.
We can create these imbalanced habits over a lifetime and they can effect us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We stay attached to many unconscious limiting preconceptions and beliefs that can keep the healing process stuck, stagnate and blocked.
Our programs are designed to release, circulate and restore balance between you and your own natural healing system. That is why we focus on the body and brain. The creator of Body and Brain Yoga, Ilchi Lee, has combined 35 years of research and development of the natural healing system. By utilizing western neuroscience with ancient energy healing principles in this practice, you can receive many benefits and can learn how to maximize the best results possible for your overall well-being and vitality.
In addition to Group Class we offer Private Sessions which can include stress relief, emotional balance, weight managemnet, surgery recovery, spiritual counseling, and energy healing
