We are located inside a garden apartment complex. We highly recommend that you CALL for special directions to our studio: (718) 969-1932. Parking inside is by permit only so please park outside on Union Turnpike, Goethals Ave or 150th Street. Call from where you park and one of our staff will guide you here. Arriving on foot stand facing the building from the public sidewalk, walk over to the left side of the building and you will see concrete steps down the side. The center door is at the bottom of the steps. The doorbell is inside a white plastic box on the door of the frame.

    •   Yes, there is free parking along Union Turnpike (eastward) and sidesteps, behind the condominium and church.
  • - What forms of payment are accepted at your location?

  • - Does your location close on certain days or holidays?
    •   We are closed the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
  • - What is the best way to contact your studio?
    •   Please call or email us.
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive on time, wearing comfortable clothes and socks. We recommend bringing your own yoga mat if you have one. This is the time to share about your goals and condition so your instructor knows how to support you best! This includes flexibility, strength, balance, breathing and meditation. You will then be introduced to which membership and personalized program will best suit your needs
