Secaucus Body and Brain Yoga - First Home Base Yoga Franchise in Secaucus

Secaucus Body and Brain Yoga Center opened in September 2015.  It is the first home-based yoga franchise in Secaucus.  Master Adele Harris is a certified yoga instructor and has been practicing this style of yoga for 10 years.  She has studied with Masters in South Korea, Sedona, Arizona, New York and New Jersey.  The classes are held at 225 Moller Street Secaucus, NJ, in the convenience of your home or for employees at your place of business.  Adele teaches Body and Brain Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi and also gives lecture demonstations about how yoga can help with stress reduction, diabetes and other health issues. 

Instructors
Adele Harris
Adele Harris has been practicing Body and Brain Yoga Master for 10 years. She has studied in South Korea, Sedona, Arizona and in the New York New Jersey area. Her journey started after her first Body and Brain Yoga class her depression lifted and a burden lifted from her heart. It also helped improve her body condition within three months. Along with teaching regular yoga classes in her home, Adele also teaches yoga on a volunteer basis at the Secaucus drug and rehabilitation centers.
WHAT WE OFFER
Regular Class, Meditation Class and Tai Chi Class

Regular Class consists of a combination of stretching, body tapping, releasing tension, focusing on the energy in your body and becoming aware of your body and inner strength.  Flexibility is not required.  Meditation Class consists of awakening the energy of the 7 chakras and connecting to the energy of heaven and earth.  Tai Chi Class consists of slow moving meditation exercises, breathing, and connecting with the energy of your body with the energy of the earth.

Body & Brain Yoga (All levels) ( BBY )

Body & Brain Yoga's regular classes are great for all levels and ages! Each class has effective and dynamic components of stretching, breathing, and meditation to destress, strengthen, and relax the mind and body. You will definitely feel refreshed and energized even after just one fun session guided by our experienced instructors!

 

Tai Chi ( TAI )

Tai Chi incorporates slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises to help your circulation, balance, and alignment while restoring energy. This is a low-impact martial art with amazing benefits.

Yoga and Ki-gong ( YNK )

This class is a combination of the regular class with a focus on Ki-gong for those who want to get the best of both worlds. You will get your mind and body feeling free and centered as Ki-gong is a powerful training, which helps with energy accumulation, focus, and relaxation.
