Going to the Scottsdale Body and Brain center has been the best thing that happened to me. I realized how much my body needed these simple exercises and techniques to feel healthy and motivated.
Master Brian is great and guides us according to our needs. After about 5 months of practice along with 'Finding True Self Workshop', I have so much confidence in myself and feel so happy and grateful for everything around me. I will definitely keep coming here as long as I can!
