I would recommend Body and Brain to everyoneI have had a lot of benefit from Master Terri and Master Jang’s teachings. There is something for every starting and searching human being to find something beneficial for own personal, spiritual and physical growth here. I have been going to classes almost daily, and believing that my brain is mine and not the other way. I am particularly fond if Tao Lectures. Can’t wait for Monday evenings to come... I would recommend Body and Brain to everyone who wants to invest in themselves. Definitely 5-star. Oh, and how about the classes I can follow with Zoom video conferencing from the comfort of my home? Master Terri is so accommodative all we need to do is ask. Thank you for the new dimension I’ve gained at Body and Brain.
