Body & Brain Westminster has been in its location  for over 11 Years.


We are located on 88th & Wadsworth next to Big 5 sporting goods store.


The heart of its community is found in the caring staff and the many happy faces of its long-term members as well as the consistently growing and committed people who thrive to help and support each other in the process and training towards a more healthy, happy and peaceful lifestyle.


The Westminster Center has a warm and inviting atmosphere, which makes it easy to feel welcome and comfortable to practice Yoga & TaiChi at any level.

Anita Ahn
Anita Ahn is now the Regional Manager of Colorado Body & Brain Yoga/Tai Chi Branches. She has been the Director of the EarthMind Wellness Center at Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa and Sedona Mago Retreat Center. She also has been a master healer, teacher and workshop trainer for nearly two decades. The daughter of an Oriental doctor, Anita pursued a career as a Registered Nurse of Neurology before becoming a master in Yoga & Tai Chi/Qigong based on traditional Korean energy training. It is this background that has provided her with a harmonious blend of clinical experience and “home remedy wisdom”.

Anita has spent the last 23 years in Hawaii, Arizona, California, Oregon, Manhattan NY, Maryland guiding individuals in their discovery and awakening of their own personal healing powers.

Anita Ahn is conducting Group Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation Classes, Private Holistic Healing Practice and Chakra workshops, Holistic Health Workshops to guide people how to cultivate natural healing power through realignment of the body/Mind connection and awakening the Chakra system. She also trains people to be able to provide energy & chakra healing, organ detox healing and mind/alignment healing.
Diana Faherty
Diana Faherty has been an instructor at Body & Brain Yoga/TaiChi for 9 years in CO. She was a successful manager in Lakewood branch for more than 3 years and recently she moved in Westminster branch. She has great passion to help people to be healthy, happy and peaceful through self healing and coach them how to heal themselves through activating natural healing power by developing healthy life style. She can provide various classes like Yoga, Tai Chi, Chakra Breathing, Meditation, Chakra Healing and Brain Healing as a holistic healer.
What do we teach?

During the week the Westminster Center offers two to three daily classes of one hour and ten minutes. 

Practitioners are encouraged to participate in a Warm-Up prior to the scheduled Class time which enhances the benefit of the practice.

The Tea Ceremony after class is very popular among members and helps to deepen class experience.

Each class is composed of Meridian Stretching, TaiChi, Brain Education, Belly Button Healing, Brain Wave Vibration, Core and Strengthening Exercises, Breathing and Meditation, and a Finishing Phase.


Each day at the center, the instructors feature one or more class components more intensively.


On weekends, the schedule varies between regular and special classes,

lectures, Workshops, and Beginner Orientation.

Body & Brain Yoga (All levels) ( BBY )

Body & Brain Yoga's regular classes are great for all levels and ages! Each class has effective and dynamic components of stretching, breathing, and meditation to destress, strengthen, and relax the mind and body. You will definitely feel refreshed and energized even after just one fun session guided by our experienced instructors!


Core Strengthening ( COR )

Core Strengthening class emphasizes our inner abdominal muscles related to supporting the flexibility and strength of our organs, hips, the breathing diaphragm, and back. In this class, we combine Belly Button Healing, Intestinal (Abdominal) Exercises with Meridian Stretches and Core Energy Breathing postures to increase circulation to help strengthen our immune system and improve our gut health. This class includes deep stretching, core breathing, relaxation and meditation for chakra health and balance.

Energy Movement ( VIB )

With rhythmic energy movement, this class creates vibrations in the body to rebalance the energy of the brain. This class will include Dahn Mu (moving energy meditation), tapping, vibration, dancing, breathing, and meditation. Through rhythm and sound, you will release stress and body tension and bring your brain into a calm and meditative state. Relax your body and mind and recover your center to ground your energy. 

Tai Chi ( TAI )

Tai Chi incorporates slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises to help your circulation, balance, and alignment while restoring energy. This is a low-impact martial art with amazing benefits.
