  • - Is there free parking at or near your studio?
    •   Yes, there is a free parking lot in front of the studio.
  • - What forms of payment are accepted at your location?
    •   Cash, Check, Credit, Apple Pay
  • - Does your location close on certain days or holidays?
    •   We are closed on the 1st of each month and all major U.S. holidays. We are also closed on most Sundays so please call ahead if you plan on stopping by on a Sunday.
  • - What is the best way to contact your studio?
    •   Please call or email us.
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time, wearing comfortable clothing and socks. No yoga mats required since our floors are padded, although you may bring your own if you'd like. Please eat a light meal if you choose to eat before your appointment. We will discuss your wellness goals and do some sample exercises then make recommendations for next steps.
