Continuing to Care, Hope & Connect with You

We established the #GetBright campaign in April, extending compassion to all who needed self-care classes during the shutdown. We’ve held many free online wellness events, including a worldwide #GetBright Earth Day Festival in April, and the #GetBright Celebrates Family event in May, which we hope you enjoyed.

We’ll continue our #GetBright Campaign in June and July, including our “3 Weeks Free” program of live online yoga and Tai Chi classes. Please keep sharing our Body & Brain self-care practices with your family, friends and community.

Body & Brain Yoga Standing Stretching

We hope you’ll encourage the people you care about to try an online class. It’s simple to sign up - just call your nearest Body & Brain center and ask about registering for three weeks of free classes.
