The best way to start learning and practicing Body & Brain is to book a 1-on-1 Introductory Session (click on the right top corner to book now)

This session will allow us to understand your specific needs and how to help you, it will allow you to experience the practice and understand the introductory principles that will serve as a foundation for your wellbeing.

During this session, we will create a class plan according to your needs, schedule, and finances.

About us

Body & Brain Buckhead has been in the Chastain Square Plaza Location for over 12 years. We have helped hundreds of people in the community regain well-being and relaxation through our one of a kind energy training.

For the past 20 years, Body & Brain Yoga has been a national leader in health, wellness, and integrative lifestyle education, with over 100 centers nationwide. Body & Brain Yoga utilizes Brain Education, a modernized system of holistic healing and mind-body practices based on ancient Korean training techniques. Our centers offer integrative classes and programs focusing on yoga, tai-chi, meditation, martial arts, and energy healing for all levels.

Instructors
Brian Huff
Brian Huff is the assistant regional manager for Body & Brain Yoga in Georgia and head instructor at the Buckhead location. He is a certified Yoga and Tai Chi Master, Brain Education Instructor and Mind Coach and guides students to physical, emotional, and mental mastery through movement, breathing and meditation. Being trained intensively at Body & Brain Yoga and Health in Sedona, Arizona and Honors Haven, New York, New Zealand, and Korea, Brian has been helping people recover their self-healing ability for 12 years.
Lakshmi Delbel
Lakshmi has been practicing Body & Brain Yoga/TaiChi for over 10 years, and currently works as a certified Instructor at Body & Brain Buckhead. She has traveled to Sedona, New York, Korea, and New Zealand to train and experience in-depth the root mind & body principles of ancient Eastern energy healing philosophies combined with modern neuroscience. Lakshmi has a passion for helping people awaken to their natural healing and well-being potential.
WHAT WE OFFER
Body & Brain Yoga (All levels) ( BBY )

Body & Brain Yoga's regular classes are great for all levels and ages! Each class has effective and dynamic components of stretching, breathing, and meditation to destress, strengthen, and relax the mind and body. You will definitely feel refreshed and energized even after just one fun session guided by our experienced instructors!

 

Core Strengthening ( COR )

Core Strengthening class emphasizes our inner abdominal muscles related to supporting the flexibility and strength of our organs, hips, the breathing diaphragm, and back. In this class, we combine Belly Button Healing, Intestinal (Abdominal) Exercises with Meridian Stretches and Core Energy Breathing postures to increase circulation to help strengthen our immune system and improve our gut health. This class includes deep stretching, core breathing, relaxation and meditation for chakra health and balance.

Energy Movement ( VIB )

With rhythmic energy movement, this class creates vibrations in the body to rebalance the energy of the brain. This class will include Dahn Mu (moving energy meditation), tapping, vibration, dancing, breathing, and meditation. Through rhythm and sound, you will release stress and body tension and bring your brain into a calm and meditative state. Relax your body and mind and recover your center to ground your energy. 

Tai Chi ( TAI )

Tai Chi incorporates slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises to help your circulation, balance, and alignment while restoring energy. This is a low-impact martial art with amazing benefits.
