    •   We are closed on Thursdays, the 1st of each month, all major U.S. holidays.
  • - What is the best way to contact your studio?
    •   Please call or email us.
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time, wearing comfortable clothing and socks. No yoga mats required, although you may bring your own if you'd like. Please eat a light meal if you choose to eat before your appointment.
