We offer Energy Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, breathing classes to help individuals to release stress and learn how to balance body and mind.
Our training includes physical exercise and mindfulness to promote natural healing.
Benefits include, pain relief, stress relief, sleep better, improved focus/memory, flexibility, balance, peace of mind, weight management.

A little bit of history


Body&Brain is based on traditional Korean Sun Do Practice that dates to 5,000 years BC. This practice was once a part of popular culture in Northeast Asia during the Dahngun era. However, mainstream culture has moved away from this practice and for centuries it was only practiced in secret by Sun Do masters who lived away in the mountains. 


The main principle of Body&Brain holistic training integrates Korean Taoist philosophy and Korean Medicine tradition taken from 9,000-year-old sacred text called Chun Bu Kyung that teaches us about physical, mental and spiritual health. A deep understanding of lifeforce energy or "Ki" is fundamental to this concept of health.


This practice is an energy practice that is so much more than solely physical exercise. Based on timeless universal principles, it's purpose is holistic and continual self-development. By following these principles, it helps us to achieve expression of these principles in our daily life.

Body & Brain Yoga (All levels) ( BBY )

Body & Brain Yoga's regular classes are great for all levels and ages! Each class has effective and dynamic components of stretching, breathing, and meditation to destress, strengthen, and relax the mind and body. You will definitely feel refreshed and energized even after just one fun session guided by our experienced instructors!


Core Strengthening ( COR )

Core Strengthening class emphasizes our inner abdominal muscles related to supporting the flexibility and strength of our organs, hips, the breathing diaphragm, and back. In this class, we combine Belly Button Healing, Intestinal (Abdominal) Exercises with Meridian Stretches and Core Energy Breathing postures to increase circulation to help strengthen our immune system and improve our gut health. This class includes deep stretching, core breathing, relaxation and meditation for chakra health and balance.

Energy Movement ( VIB )

With rhythmic energy movement, this class creates vibrations in the body to rebalance the energy of the brain. This class will include Dahn Mu (moving energy meditation), tapping, vibration, dancing, breathing, and meditation. Through rhythm and sound, you will release stress and body tension and bring your brain into a calm and meditative state. Relax your body and mind and recover your center to ground your energy. 

Tai Chi and Ki gong ( TNK )

Tai Chi & Ki Gong combines slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises to help your circulation, balance, and alignment while restoring energy. This is a very low-impact exercise with amazing benefits.

Yoga and Ki-gong ( YNK )

This class is a combination of the regular class with a focus on Ki-gong for those who want to get the best of both worlds. You will get your mind and body feeling free and centered as Ki-gong is a powerful training, which helps with energy accumulation, focus, and relaxation.
