What is DahnMuDo? Literally it means “the art of being limitless.” DahnMuDo is derived from traditional Korean qigong and martial arts forms designed to open the flow of energy in your body for physical and mental health.

Despite being a sophisticated practice of healing martial arts, the DahnMuDo techniques taught in our tai chi and qigong classes are simple and gentle enough for people of any age, experience and ability level.
