    •   Yes, we have plenty of free parking space in the shopping plaza.

  • - Does your location close on certain days or holidays?
    •   We are closed on Thursdays, the 1st day of each month, and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

    •   Please call or email us.
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive on time, wearing comfortable clothes and socks. We recommend bringing your own yoga mat if you have one. This is the time to share about your goals and condition so your instructor knows how to support you best! You will be introduced to which membership and personalized program will best suit your needs
