  • - Is there free parking at or near your studio?
    •   Yes, there are plenty of free parking spaces in the back side of the building where our main entrance is.
  • - What forms of payment are accepted at your location?
    •   Cash, Check, Credit, Debit
  • - Does your location close on certain days or holidays?
    •   We are closed Sundays, the 1st day of every month, and the following U.S. hoildays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
  • - What is the best way to contact your studio?
    •   Please call or email us.
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment time, wearing comfortable clothing and socks. We will assess your flexibility and physical needs, go over goals and expectations, and discuss the primary steps for achieving your goals.
