    •   We are closed the following holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.

    •   Please call or email us.
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time, wearing comfortable clothing and socks. Feel free to bring your own mat and water. This is a great time to share about your goals and condition so your instructor knows how to support you best! You will get to know which membership and personalized program will best suit your needs.
