  • - Is there free parking at or near your studio?
    •   Yes, there is plenty of free parking in front of studio.
  • - What forms of payment are accepted at your location?
    •   Cash, Check, Credit, Debit
  • - Does your location close on certain days or holidays?
    •   We are closed the 1st day of every month and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
  • - What is the best way to contact your studio?
    •   Please call or email us.
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your apointment time, wearing comfortable clothes and socks. For your introductory session, you will experience a basic check of your flexibility, balance, and energy condition. We will also do some exercises to help benefit your condition. Feel free to bring your mat, water and towel if you'd like.
