  • - Is there free parking at or near your studio?
    •   Yes, free parking is available.
  • - What forms of payment are accepted at your location?
    •   Cash, Credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx), Apple Pay
  • - Does your location close on certain days or holidays?
    •   We are closed on the 1st of each month and all major U.S. holidays. We are also closed on most Sundays so please call ahead if you plan on stopping by on a Sunday.
  • - What is the best way to contact your studio?
    •   Please call or email us.
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   For an intro session, you can arrive at the time your session is scheduled, prepare to remove your shoes, wear comfortable clothes. We recommend to prepare comfortable exercise clothing, socks, the floor in the training room is padded.
