    •   There is metered parking out front for $1.25 per hour and free 2-hour parking on side streets like Stearns Rd. and St. Paul St.

    •   Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appoinment time, wearing comfortable clothing and socks. This is the time to share about your goals and condition so your instructor knows how to support you best!
