  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appoinment time, wearing comfortable clothing and socks. For your introductory session, you will experience a basic check of your flexibility, balance, and energy condition. We will also do some exercises to help benefit your condition. This is the time to share about your goals and condition so your instructor knows how to support you best! Feel free to bring your mat, water and towel if you'd like.
