  • - Is there free parking at or near your studio?
    •   Yes, there are limited free parking spots on Blake Ave. for 4 hours.
  • - What forms of payment are accepted at your location?
    •   Cash, Check, Credit (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover), Apple Pay
  • - Does your location close on certain days or holidays?
    •   We are closed Thursdays and Sundays, and all major U.S. holidays.
  • - What is the best way to contact your studio?
    •   Please call or email us.
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time, wearing comfortable clothing and socks. We have a changing area if needed. Please bring your own mat if you have one, but don't worry if you don't. We have one you may borrow for your first session. An experienced instructor will meet with you to check your current energy condition and provide guidance on how best to utilize our exercises and programs. We can help you make a plan of how to achieve your goals with Body & Brain practice. Whether it's learning how to breathe better or simply meditate, we can help.
