  • - Is there free parking at or near your studio?
    •   Yes, there is free 2-hour parking 1 block away from the center on North Park Ave. There is also metered parking right outside for $1 per hour.
  • - What forms of payment are accepted at your location?
    •   Cash, Check, Credit (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover)
  • - Does your location close on certain days or holidays?
    •   We are closed the 1st of the month and all major U.S. holidays. On Thursdays we are open by appointment only.
  • - What is the best way to contact your studio?
    •   Please call or email us or you can simply stop by at your convenience, except Thursdays which are by appointment only.
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time, wearing comfortable clothes and socks. Please bring your own yoga mat. We will discuss your wellness goals, help you experience our signature exercises and class flow, and then make recommendations for next steps.
