    •   Yes, there is plenty of free parking.

    •   We are closed on the 1st of each month. Please call the studio to check holiday closures and schedule changes.

  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing with socks and bringing your own yoga mat and water bottle.
