  • - Does your location close on certain days or holidays?
    •   We are closed on the 1st of the month and the following holidays: Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
  • - What is the best way to contact your studio?
    •   Please call or email us. You're also welcomed to just stop by!
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing with socks and bringing your own yoga mat and water bottle.
