  • - Is there free parking at or near your studio?
    •   Yes, there is plenty of free street parking spaces in front of and around the center.
  • - What forms of payment are accepted at your location?
    •   Cash, Check, Credit
  • - Does your location close on certain days or holidays?
    •   We are closed on Sundays, the 1st day of each month, and most of major U.S. holidays. Please call us ahead of time to check availability if you plan to visit during a holiday.
  • - What is the best way to contact your studio?
    •   Please call or email us. You're also welcomed to just stop by!
  • - What should I expect at my Intro Session in your studio?
    •   Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your session, wearing comfortable clothing and socks. You may bring your own mat, but it's optional because we have some at the studio for you to use. We will check your flexibility, balance, and stress levels.
