Ravenna Park Body & Brain Yoga and Tai Chi

Ravenna Park Body & Brain offers yoga, tai chi, and meditation focusing on restoring healthy energy flow in the body.  We offer classes, workshops, retreats and special training to help you restore and maintain your physical, mental and spiritual well-being.  Beginners are welcome.  

Instructors
Danielle Gaudette
Danielle has been practicing Body & Brain yoga for 17 years. She has managed centers in cities across the US including Boston, Brooklyn, Denver, Albuquerque and now Seattle. In 2015 she was voted Seattle Yoga News Yoga Teacher of the Year. She specializes in helping students gently bring their minds into their bodies and cleanse their inner emotional worlds allowing them to feel the peace within.
Brianna Sieberg
Brianna Sieberg has been studying Body & Brain Yoga for 6 years and teaching for 4 years. She teaches yoga, tai chi and powerbrain education kids classes. Her gentle and meditative styles helps students to feel at ease to connect to their bodies and build confidence in their ability to grow and to heal.
WHAT WE OFFER
Body & Brain Yoga (All levels) ( BBY )

Body & Brain Yoga's regular classes are great for all levels and ages! Each class has effective and dynamic components of stretching, breathing, and meditation to destress, strengthen, and relax the mind and body. You will definitely feel refreshed and energized even after just one fun session guided by our seasoned instructors!

 

Energy Movement ( VIB )

With rhythmic energy movement this class creates vibrations in the body to rebalance the energy of the brain. This class will include, Dahn Mu (moving energy meditation), tapping, vibration, dancing, breathing, and meditation. Through rhythm and sound you will release stress and body tension and bring your brain into a calm and meditative state. Relaxes your body and mind and helps you to recover your center and get grounded. 

Tai Chi ( TAI )

Tai Chi incorporates slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises to help your circulation, balance, and alignment while restoring energy. This is a low-impact martial art with amazing benefits.
