Qigong and Tai Chi are ancient practices that cultivate the flow of life energy, or Qi, through gentle movement, deep breathing, and focused awareness. How do Qigong & Tai Chi Work?

Qigong and Tai Chi guide your body and mind to move in harmony with the flow of life energy, or Qi. Qigong & Tai Chi?

Qigong is a comprehensive system of energy cultivation, combining breathing, movement, and meditation techniques to promote healing and wellness, and Tai Chi is a martial arts form of Qigong. You can think of Qigong as the root, with Tai Chi as one of its branches—both drawing from the wisdom of energy, breath, and nature’s rhythm to support your well-being.
