What are Qigong & Tai Chi?

Qigong and Tai Chi are ancient practices that cultivate the flow of life energy, or Qi, through gentle movement, deep breathing, and focused awareness. Rooted in Eastern traditions, these practices support self-healing, balance, and vitality—inviting you to move with ease and reconnect with your inner strength.

How do Qigong & Tai Chi Work?

Qigong and Tai Chi guide your body and mind to move in harmony with the flow of life energy, or Qi. Through mindful movements combined with deep breathing and focused attention, Qigong and Tai Chi open and balance the body’s energy pathways. What is the difference between

Qigong & Tai Chi?

Qigong is a comprehensive system of energy cultivation, combining breathing, movement, and meditation techniques to promote healing and wellness, and Tai Chi is a martial arts form of Qigong. You can think of Qigong as the root, with Tai Chi as one of its branches—both drawing from the wisdom of energy, breath, and nature’s rhythm to support your well-being. Come visit us! We are located on Harding between 11th Ave & 12th Ave. We have limited parking for our customers as we share the building with 2 other businesses. You are free to park in the 2 stalls located on the left side of the lot as you drive in, that are marked with signs that read "Body & Brain". There is paid parking across the street for $1.50 for 2 hours.
