WHAT IS TAI CHI?

Tai Chi is a meditative, self-healing martial arts for circulating and maintaining the balance of the internal life energy. In recent years, Tai Chi gained global popularity for the physical, mental, and spiritual health benefits it provides.


Body & Brain Tai Chi and Qigong classes are based on a traditional Korean form of Qigong called DahnMuDo. Despite being a sophisticated practice of healing martial arts, the DahnMuDo techniques taught in our tai chi and qigong classes are simple and gentle enough for people of any age, experience and ability level.

JOIN FREE ONLINE INTRO SESSION

Try one of our 1-hour regular live online group classes combining stretching, breathwork and meditation. An instructor will meet you before or after your class for 30 minutes to check your current energy (Qi or Ki) condition and provice personalized guidance on how to best utilize our exercises and programs.
