Energized throughout The Day

Body and Brain Yoga is more than just yoga. It has helped me truly connect the two.

I can feel the increased circulation. It helps stretching out all the aches and pains, and leaves me feeling energized throughout the day. I leave class feeling peaceful. Then I am more able to choose not to become so stressed. Overall, I feel more healthy and alive.
