Balance Physically Emotionally

Before I started Body and Brain yoga, I had issues dealing with stress, anxiety, fatigue, and acne. After just a few weeks I felt so good and energized after class that throughout the day I could focus better and be more efficient. Gradually my body has detoxed through deep stretching, breathing, and other effective exercises, my skin cleared up and glows now. People asked me the reason and I shared my secret, Body and Brain Yoga!

The exercises are simple and low impact but challenging enough to improve my condition. I also love the meditation through which I feel peaceful. I become more balanced physically and emotionally so that I can deal with stress and make better choices and have more confidence.

The instructors are caring and teach wonderful classes which are fun and energizing. The center has a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I recommend Body and Brain Yoga to anyone who wants to be healthier, happier, and have peace in their mind!
