Body and brain has transformed my life. I had back problems with constant visits to doctors. I now live without pain and no doctors. I am flexible and calm. Master Ken is amazing. He floats in tai chi like an eagle. It is mesmerizing to be in his class and I go home amazed at how healthy, spiritual and happy I feel.
