My lifetime fitness journey now includes Body & Brain Yoga-Libertyville! Adding the body and brain yoga philosophy has been the most effective stress reduction technique I have encountered. One class gives an adequate daily physical fitness and meditation experience all in one. The Tai Chi class is my favorite. The class is fun, focused and informative!
