I like to attend yoga classes very much. I always knew how important meditation and all its lessons are for people, but I could not start doing yoga on my own. I always looked for excuses.
My daughter helped me to start because she saw that my health became worse. I used to have some health probelms in the past but now I feel much better. I completely recovered. I have lowered my blood pressure and have less vertigo! I love my teachers and am very thankful for everything they are doing for me!
