Dahn Yoga is an excellent place to learn how to become one with yourself. For example, this is what I have experienced in my first week: 1) I had surgeries on my right arm due to a fall and I had shattered my elbow. I had little feeling below my elbow because of the two surgeries. After one week of tapping, I now have feelings coming back to that area.

2) On my first day I had more energy. I take daily 5.8 mile walks and never run because I would get tired, but on my first day after class I jogged one block!

3) After tapping for one week, I can think much more clearly.
