I joined Dahn Yoga five months ago. I had no idea what to expect from yoga classes but knew that I needed to do something to improve my health and physical condition. I now attend classes 3-4 days a week and absolutely love coming to class.
My physical condition has improved dramatically and I am much happier and confident. I no longer need to visit my chiropractor, as yoga has eliminated my neck and back pains, plus I sleep like a rock!
