Living Tao Yoga & Wellness Coaching is a Body and Brain Yoga center.  I work with individuals in either one-on-one or in small group settings.  I also work with organizations and businesses to develop programs that benefit their members/employees.  With a brain-oriented holistic approach to health, Body and Brain Yoga techniques not only improve flexibility and strength, but also provide tools for living mindfully, eating better, and creating a more balanced lifestyle. 

Available services include:  

Private sessions - wellness coaching/yoga/mediation in a one-on-one setting; customized to meet your individual needs

Small Group Classes - in a home-based setting surrounded by nature

Workshops for Organizations & Businesses - Nutrition Workshops available on-line or on-site; Yoga/Meditation Sessions available on-site

Presentations - 60-90 minute presentations available for your organization or business on nutrition and/or yoga & meditation

Renee Denault
Renee has a B.A. degree in Education and a B.S. degree in Microbiology. She has enjoyed a long career in the field of pharmaceutical research, helping to develop new medicines. After overcoming her own health challenge, she became passionate about learning ways to live life to the fullest and take responsibility for her own health and happiness. She has studied and experienced in depth the mind and body principles of ancient Eastern Asia energy healing and philosophies combined with modern neuroscience. Through the practice of this specialized yoga and meditation, and healthier eating habits, Renee is now healthier than ever and the master of her life! No longer dependent upon pharmaceuticals for maintenance of her health, she has never felt better! As a Certified Master Body and Brain Yoga Instructor and a Certified Health Coach, she is ready to help guide you to a happier, healthier, and more peaceful life.

Small Group Classes consist of the following:

  • Stretching – Increase flexibility and strength, improve circulation, and alignment.
  • Meditation – Learn to relax and shift your focus away from busy thoughts through Brain Wave Vibration and other moving meditation forms.
  • Breathing Exercises – Deep breathing exercises and postures recharge your body and clear your mind.
Body & Brain Yoga (All levels) ( BBY )

Body & Brain Yoga's regular classes are great for all levels and ages! Each class has effective and dynamic components of stretching, breathing, and meditation to destress, strengthen, and relax the mind and body. You will definitely feel refreshed and energized even after just one fun session guided by our experienced instructors!


Energy Movement ( VIB )

With rhythmic energy movement, this class creates vibrations in the body to rebalance the energy of the brain. This class will include Dahn Mu (moving energy meditation), tapping, vibration, dancing, breathing, and meditation. Through rhythm and sound, you will release stress and body tension and bring your brain into a calm and meditative state. Relax your body and mind and recover your center to ground your energy. 

Meditation ( M )

This class will guide you through a deep energy meditation so that you can calm and center your mind.

Yoga and Ki-gong ( YNK )

This class is a combination of the regular class with a focus on Ki-gong for those who want to get the best of both worlds. You will get your mind and body feeling free and centered as Ki-gong is a powerful training, which helps with energy accumulation, focus, and relaxation.
