I deal with chronic pain daily from a back injury. I started attending classes here just 3 months ago and been impressed by how much it's helping reduce my pain levels. Sciatic nerve pain is no longer a daily thing for me and walking up steep hills is getting easier. It's gentle but very effective, and I don't run the risk of re-injury as I would with other types of exercises. It's been great for nurturing my body and soul. Highly recommend Body & Brain!
