From Stress to Relaxation and More

When I first came, I was in a depression and very stressed out. Now I am no longer depressed and I do daily intestine exercises that I learned here, which helps to reduce my anxiety.

I recommend anyone to practice this type of yoga as it has been releasing my stress, relaxes my brain and body. Thank you to all the great caring staff here.
