Body Brain Yoga

To reap the benefits of body & brain yoga, you must come with an open heart and mind.

The various stretching and tapping routines focus on preparing oneself to meditate. With all the noise in this world & our minds racing 24/7, body & brain has helped me to become centered for the first time in my life.

Since coming to this center I have stopped taking my anxiety medication and feel calmer than I have ever felt in my adult life.

Everyone at the center is kind & full of joy. I didn't know I was looking but I have found a community that I love to be a part of. This center is my home away from home...I feel grounded and centered as soon as I step in the door.
