Healthy and Strong

I started this practice a few years ago. I've had digestive issues for many years.

Through this practice I am able to connect my mind and body that helped me to overcome (with diet changes) my issues.

I am now very healthy, strong and flexible. I have tried may different types of yoga throughout the years but I keep coming back to this practice as it works for me. Thank you!
