Before I started class, I had my left leg knee pain so badly. I couldn't kneel down. But after I finished class, I could bend my knee without pain. I was so surprised how quickly my body condition got improved. I have been practicing about 3 weeks.
I had lots of pain everywhere and emotionally unstable. Now I feel much more energy. Sometime I feel lazy after work but I am looking forward to come to class and stretching my whole body.
I had very bad focus and couldn't close my eyes more than 1 min. But now I can enjoy closing my eyes during breathing and meditation. Deep breathing with relaxed mind helps tremendously for me to manage my anger and anxiety.
